Factory Defect

The Buyer assumes a 10% risk on factory defects based on units purchased. For example: on an order of 10 units, The Valour Inc. will only entertain claims of factory defect if 2 or more of those 10 units are defective. Factory defects apply only to malfunction and missing parts, NOT to operator error or usage damage. All items MUST be returned in original purchased condition; this includes (but is not limited to): no visible damage, no tampering, no evidence of extended use, and resalable condition of the original packaging. Returns will be accepted only if the items are returned in original purchased condition. The Buyer is responsible for documenting the defects (first-hand account, pictures, and video if possible) and sending a comprehensive e-mail to the following address:

wholesale@valorsinc.com

Please include “Factory Defect” in the subject line. Upon receipt of the e-mail, The Valour Inc. will issue the Buyer a reference number and, if the above conditions are met, request the units in question be mailed to the provided physical address at the Buyer’s expense. Following receipt of the units, The Valour Inc. will conduct an internal investigation on the units in question, which will include contact with the manufacturer and may require up to 10 business days to complete. The Valour Inc. will be in contact with the Buyer throughout the investigation via e-mail and phone and will notify the Buyer of the results of the investigation as well as the outcome as it relates to what further actions will be taken. If the units are found to be factory defects, The Valour Inc. will either issue replacement units or, if the units are discontinued or out of stock, issue store credit equivalent to the value of the units to the Buyer. Replacement units are sent to the Buyer at the expense of The Valour Inc.

Shipping Defect

The Buyer is required, upon receipt from the delivery line (FedEx, UPS, etc.), to create a notation and file a comprehensive report (including specific damaged containers) of container damage with the delivery line as well as the delivery driver. The Buyer is required, upon receipt from the delivery line, to photograph the damaged containers, preferably with timestamp, as well as the delivery truck license plate and delivery driver with visible and legible identification. The Buyer is required to perform all the above forms of documentation prior to opening the container. If the Buyer opts to open the damaged container, it is at the Buyer’s own risk as an opened container makes it nearly impossible to claim shipping damage. The Buyer is responsible for documenting the defects (pictures, first-hand account, delivery line report if available, and video if possible) and sending a comprehensive e-mail to the following address:

Return Duration Restriction

The Valour Inc. accepts returns due solely to either Manufacturer or Shipping defects. The Valour Inc. accepts returns only within 7 days from the date of receipt by the Buyer. All returns requested after the 7-day limit will be rejected outright. All items (individual units or containers) sent to The Valour Inc. prior to a request and subsequent issuance of a reference number will be returned to the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense. All items (individual units or containers) sent to The Valour Inc. in excess of 7 days following the issuance of a reference number will be returned to the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense.
